| Making A Purchase Making an online purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our Products Catalogue and add any items that you wish to consider into the Shopping Cart using the Add To Cart buttons. You can add as many items as you like to the Cart and when you have finished making your selection you can review your Cart Contents and refine your selection if required by increasing the quantities or deselecting any unwanted items and using the Update Button to process any changes you have made. Please note there is a minimum online order value of £10.00 including VAT, but not including any shipping charges. After this simply click on the Checkout Button where you can select your shipping preferences (these are based on weight and location) and enter your delivery details as prompted. For Payment we accept the following Credit and UK Debit Cards: Visa - Mastercard - Visa Debit - JCB - Maestro - Solo and Visa Electron as shown. All these cards are securely processed for us by RBS Worldpay. If you are shopping from outside the UK your card issuer will convert the transaction to your own currency. | Shipping And Handling All UK shipping is charged by weight and any applicable charge will be added to your order total. Please select the Shipping option that suits your requirements best or contact us to review other arrangements. For UK orders we either use a reliable overnight courier service or first class recorded delivery through the post. In most instances UK orders are despatched within 24 hours. Any orders that are sent as free delivery will be treated as non-urgent and will usually take around 5 working days to arrive from despatch. Typically this will be certified postage and any non-deliveries will have to be notified in writing before we can resend any order. Non UK shipping is charged by weight and any applicable charge will be added to your order total. For all Non UK orders please select the appropriate destination tariff in the Checkout Section. In most instances deliveries outside the UK will usually be made within 8 working days. In the event that an item arrives in a damaged condition, then please let us know a soon as possible within 3 working days and we will make every effort to rectify any problems as quickly as possible. Goods damaged in transit remain the responsibility of the carrier. |
| Back Orders We make every effort to maintain our stock levels, but if your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order or part order if you would rather not wait. Unless otherwise notified, any part back order will usually be shipped at our expense. |

| Returns Policy We make every effort to be accommodating and respect your consumer rights. If you need to return an item to us we will make that process as easy as possible for you. Alternatively you can contact your card issuer directly. Should you wish to return an item to us for a refund then you must first notify us of your intention to do so either by email or in writing within 7 days of delivery. You must then return the item to us directly in its original condition with all the original packaging and any other items included such as literature, promotional items, or associated offer vouchers etc. Please note that: special order items cannot be returned. Consumable items that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Clearance items may be returned but will usually be subject to a restocking fee.
